Property Network

From Isle of Wight to London and up to Coventry.

Property is built on people. We’re all here to connect, share knowledge, find deals, and back each other, because backing good people is what opens new doors. A snapshot of the people, dinners, and masterminds I’m proud to learn from and bounce ideas with.

IPN Mastermind

Ryde, Isle of Wight

An incredible 2-day event with the Island Property Network Mastermind in Ryde, with attendees making the trip from London, Oxford, and across the UK down to the Isle of Wight.

Day 1 kicked off with room introductions, deal breakdowns, and focus group roundtables sharing live strategies and financing. After connecting over lunch, the afternoon featured an insightful panel session with Toby Spanier and Motiul Islam, who shared deep dives into their own deals, practical lessons, and structuring advice and capping off the night together over a curry.

Day 2 started bright and early with morning coffees at Costa before heading out on a multi-location site tour across Ryde and Newport. Walking active developments on the ground and dissecting how each project was structured made it an invaluable weekend of shared knowledge, collaboration, and high-calibre networking.

Island Property Network

Ryde, Isle of Wight

My primary regular networking event, connecting directly with local investors, developers, trades, and housing council officers from across the Isle of Wight.

Evenings centre on practical value; reviewing local opportunities, sharing market insights, and working through live deal structures. Discussions frequently tackle the broader landscape, from breaking down the latest fiscal budget, interest rate shifts, and government schemes, to navigating rental reforms, compliance changes, and tenant regulations impacting the sector.

Capping off each session over informal dinner and drinks, it serves as the consistent touchpoint to strengthen relationships, stay ahead of shifting legislation, and collaborate with likeminded individuals.
